The camera shown in the picture below is almost certainly a Sarkes Tarzian.  So in 1958, there was a television capability up and running in the Speech department.  The RCA TK-60s had not been brought to market in 1958.  And in 1958, the Speech department produced a play carried on the closed circuit system.
